ENTRY AND ELIGIBILITY: The “Scotties Home Purification Treatment”
Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States
and D.C., 18 years of age or older as of February 10, 2008. Void outside of the 50
United States and D.C. and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Game starts on
February 10, 2008 at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on
May 10, 2008 (“Promotion Period”). To Play: UPC Codes can be found on specially-marked
packages of Scotties Facial Tissues, while supplies last. To play, go to www.purescotties.com
(the “Website”) follow the online entry instructions and enter your UPC Code. There will
be thirteen (13) separate weekly entry pools throughout the Promotion Period (“Weekly Entry
Pool(s)”) and one Grand Prize random drawing at the end of the Promotion Period. All entries
for each Weekly Entry Pool must be received by no later than 11:59:59 p.m. ET on that Entry
Pool’s deadline date set forth in the Drawing and Prize Schedule below to be eligible for that
Entry Pool’s drawing. Limit one entry per UPC code per Week. Sponsor’s computer
will be the official time clock for the Sweepstakes. Once you enter your UPC Code and complete
the official online entry form by providing your complete name, address, city, state, zip code,
daytime phone number (optional) and email address (optional) and click “Submit,” you will be
automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. To play without obtaining a UPC Code send a 3” x 5”
card/paper with your complete name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number
(optional), and email address (optional) to:

Requests must be postmarked and received by the deadlines set forth in the Drawing and
Prize Schedule below to be eligible for that Weekly Entry Pool, and postmarked by 5/10/08
and received by 5/19/08 to be entered into the Grand Prize drawing. Administrator will play
for each eligible mail-in entry received. Only winners will be notified. Limit one request
per outer mailing envelope. All employees and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies,
subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, manufacturers, licensees and
advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family and household members of such
employees and directors, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. All federal,
state and local laws and regulations apply.
RANDOM DRAWINGS: Weekly Drawings: Six (6)
weekly First Prize winners will be selected in random drawings for each of the thirteen (13)
Weekly Entry Pools to be held per the Drawing and Prize Schedule below from among all eligible
entries received for each Entry Pool’s drawing period by Administrator, an independent judging
agency, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Each Entry Pool’s drawing will award six (6) First Prizes. Non-winning entries for
any drawing period will NOT be carried over to subsequent weekly drawings, but WILL be carried
over to the Grand Prize Random Drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of
eligible entries received for each Weekly Entry Pool. Administrator will notify weekly winners
by email, telephone, postal mail, and/or express mail on or about the date set forth in the
Drawing and Prize Schedule below. Grand Prize Random Drawing:
A Grand Prize random drawing will be conducted on or about 5/20/2008 from among all eligible
entries received (including Weekly Winners) throughout the Promotion Period. Odds of winning
the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion
Period. Administrator will notify the potential Grand Prize winner by telephone, postal mail,
and/or express mail on or about 5/23/2008. Limit one Weekly Prize per person or household.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: A Hypoallergenic
Home Makeover, consisting of: Clean and sanitize HVAC system and Filtration Upgrade (if needed),
duct cleaning (if needed), mattress and pillow encasements, stand-alone electronic air purifiers
and first replacement filter (the number of air purifiers supplied will be determined by Sponsor,
based on square footage and layout of area treated), showerhead with chlorine filter for each
bathroom and two (2) replacement filters, soft surfaces treated with PURE Clean and protected
with PURE Shield. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) $7,500.00. Seventy-eight
(78) First Prizes: (Six (6) First Prizes will be awarded in each Weekly Entry Pool
during the Promotion Period: 1 Queen Primaloft® Deluxe Fitted Mattress Pad, 2 Queen Primaloft®
pillows and 1 280-Thread Count TCS® Down Free™ queen, 92x98" 43oz Comforter. ARV: $300.00 each.
Total ARV of all prizes combined is $30,900.00. All prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions
of prize allowed by winner, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or
greater value due to prize unavailability. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to
award the cash equivalent or substitute for any listed prize one of equal or greater value if the
designated prize should become unavailable or for any other reason. Prizes consist only of items
expressly specified in these rules. Any item, cost or expense not specifically listed, as part
of the prize(s) is the sole responsibility of the winner. No more than the advertised number of
prize(s) will be awarded. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. A 1099
tax form will be issued to the Grand Prize winner, or parent or legal guardian of winner, if any
winner is a minor in his/her state of residence. The Grand Prize winner must sign and return an
Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity Release within 14 days of notification.
Failure to comply with this requirement for any reason, or return of prize notification as
undeliverable, will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree
to be bound by and comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost,
late, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, incomplete, altered, illegible or postage-due mail, UPC
Codes, requests or prize claims; computer bugs or viruses; failures in servers or other connections;
lost or interrupted or unavailable network, miscommunications, failed phone or hardware or software
transmission failure in loss; delayed or corrupted data transmissions; garbled or jumbled
transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or any injury
or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation
in the Sweepstakes. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for
electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in
operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry
materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software
malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive visit
information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the
Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of
the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the
control of the Sponsor, which in Sponsor’s judgment, corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its
sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor in its sole discretion may conduct the random
drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination,
modification or suspension of the Sweepstakes. Any UPC Code that is tampered with, illegible,
incomplete or blank (in whole or in part), forged, mutilated, or contains printing, production,
typographical, mechanical or other errors, or is not obtained legitimately, will be deemed void.
The sole liability of Sponsor for an irregular UPC Code is limited to replacement with a free UPC
Code, while supplies last. Participants (or their parent/legal guardian, if applicable), by
participating in this Sweepstakes, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor,
its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies
and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and
against, any and all rights, claims and/or causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which
may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever,
including but not limited to any injury, loss and/or damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental
or consequential, to person (including death), or to property, arising in whole or in part, directly
or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize in the Sweepstakes,
or their participation in the Sweepstakes, or their participation in any Sweepstakes or prize
related activity. Winners (or their parent/legal guardian, if applicable) also further acknowledge
that Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and promotion and
advertising agencies have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any
warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law relative to any
prize or this Sweepstakes including but not limited to quality, condition or fitness for a
particular purpose. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement
and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, address (city, state), likeness, and/or
prize information for promotional purposes worldwide, in any media now known or later developed,
without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT
BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE
FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
